Upon receipt of the complaint form, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of receipt of the complaint and a number.

You will be informed of the way in which the complaint will be dealt with within 14 days of the date of receipt of the complaint, by which we mean a correctly completed complaint form, proof of purchase and photographs of the advertised product defect sent to: serwis@majestyskis.pl.
The decision on the manner of processing the complaint will be communicated to you by e-mail to the data contained in the complaint form.

In the event of an unfounded complaint, the goods will be sent back at the customer’s expense. If the customer does not receive the rejected complaint within 3 months of receiving the decision, the goods will be disposed of. If the complaint is accepted, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods to you (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us) and the costs of delivering the goods to us (not higher than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Polish Post Office).

Goods purchased with a VAT invoice are subject to the possibility of a claim within 12 months of purchase.

We do not accept parcels sent to InPost parcel machines, or parcels sent to our premises on delivery.
